How scoring works

Every project is graded 0–100 across 10 weighted categories — distribution strength (20%), producer track record (15%), tax incentive reliability (10%), cast bankability (10%), completion risk (10%), legal & chain of title (10%), capital stack quality (10%), insurance (5%), budget integrity (5%), AML (5%).

The score rolls up into an institutional classification:

AA · 80+

A · 70+

B · 60+
