Commercial mode — what is live, and what we never do

FILM.FUND is live as a software and workflow platform: verified profiles, passports, data rooms, AI analysis, and introductions. It is not a broker-dealer and never handles securities or transaction money.

What is live today

  • Company profiles, Digital Project Passports, and verification services
  • Data rooms, AI reports, readiness assessments, and the agent workforce
  • Discovery, search, and fixed-fee introductions across the network
  • Subscriptions and one-time platform services, billed through Stripe

What we never do

  • FILM.FUND is not a licensed broker-dealer and does not sell, solicit, manage, or handle securities in any way, shape, or form
  • The platform never touches transaction money, escrow, or investor funds
  • No fee is calculated from or contingent on any investment, raise, or sale — platform fees are subscriptions and flat one-time charges only

How financing conversations happen

Projects on the platform may state that they are seeking financing. Anyone interested is pointed to the production company directly — its website, contact, and counsel. All financing discussions, documentation, and capital transfers occur between the parties and their own licensed professionals, entirely off-platform.

About scores and reports

Trust Scores, readiness indices, and AI reports describe documentation completeness and operational readiness based on submitted materials. They are never predictions of financial outcomes, endorsements, or investment advice.

FAQ

Is FILM.FUND regulated as a securities platform?+

No, because it does not perform regulated securities activities: no solicitation, no execution, no custody, no transaction-based compensation. It is industry SaaS.

Can I pay for anything on the platform?+

Yes — subscriptions and one-time platform services (verification, reports, introductions) are live and billed in USD through Stripe.

FILM.FUND is a technology platform, not the issuer of any offering, and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. All investments involve risk, including total loss of capital.
